CONCEPT, BOOK DESIGN & ILLUSTRATIONS
Out Of The Books
I wrote the concept for this book in verse, where a child rebels against writing within the lines, and transfers his fertile imagination (and blame) to his alphabets as they go romping around the pages of the book, in a merry madcap dance. The illustrations were drawn on paper and coloured digitally with a crayon texture brush.

ILLUSTRATION FOR PLUTO MAGAZINE
CLIENT | EKTARA TRUST
Saanp
This illustration was created for Pluto Magazine, published by Ektara Trust, Bhopal. The lines of the verse were linked with one another only for the sake of rhyme and made little or no sense as a story. The illustration, also then, followed the pattern, and disjoint scenes hooked onto each other with the means of a visual element, imitating and adding to, the flow of the poem.

ILLUSTRATIONS FOR CALENDAR & SKETCHBOOK COVER
Life Lessons From Ballet
Ballet lessons, or for that matter any lessons, don't just teach you that particular art, there are many more peripheral benefits to be had from any class you sign up for. An epiphany during my highly rewarding ballet classes led me to put my love for drawing and dance together to create these elegant ballerinas for a calendar, and later as a cover for this pretty pink sketchbook cover.
